JDE Peet's has completed the sale of its stake in Super Coffeemix Limited, its joint venture in Myanmar, to JV partner BDI.

 

Effective July 1st, 2026, all beverage and cereal products marketed and sold in Myanmar under the SUPER and COFFEEKING brands are manufactured, packaged and distributed within Myanmar exclusively by SCM Overseas Ltd, solely for sale and distribution in Myanmar.

 

SCM OVERSEAS LTD is not affiliated with or related to JDE Peet's. SUPER and COFFEEKING branded beverage and cereal products manufactured in Myanmar are not manufactured, packaged, distributed, endorsed, or licensed by, and have no association with, the JDE Peet's group, and are not intended for sale, export, or distribution by SCM OVERSEAS LTD outside of Myanmar.
